Howsabout that J.D. Drew? :D And Curt Schilling did a solid seven innings. And Eric Gag-me actually had a 1-2-3 top o’ the ninth.

Of course, when you come in with a ten run lead, it’s kind of hard to screw up. I don’t think that Tito would ever use him again when the score is tied, as he did a few games ago. We all know how THAT turned out! :(

I don’t know what’s wrong with Eric Gag-me. I thought he was supposed to be good, and he was, back on his old team. Maybe he started PMSing when he came to the Sox, and forgot to take his progesterone…LOL! Seriously, though, maybe he just had a hard time adjusting to his new team. I truly hope that he will turn around next year.

But as for the rest of this year, I go into PMS mode myself when I see him. Okay, not when the Sox have a ten-run lead, but when it’s a LOT closer.

I have a lot of confidence in the Sox to win tomorrow and make it to the World Series. I’m a little worried about Dice-K, hope he won’t have another early meltdown. But Josh Beckett is available to come out of the bullpen if needed, and the regular bullpen guys are pretty well-rested. I’d still love to see a good solid outing from Dice-K, but it might not be the end of the world if I don’t.

GOOOOOOO SOX! :D
