Do ballparks have free WiFi?

Seriously…how cool would it be to have one of these Asus Netbooks, and be able to actually blog from the ballpark?  And I could take pics with my regular camera, get them onto the netbook, and then upload them to my blogs.

netbookAnd these things are coming WAY down in price!  This particular model, I found on sale, for under $200, and with FREE shipping, to boot!

This would be perfect for me, as it is small enough to fit into my tote bag, but powerful enough to do what I need it to do.

The only thing I might not be able to do with this is to order Papa Gino’s pizza online.  Obviously, if I am at the ballpark, they won’t deliver there anyway.  But even from home, it’s a no-go.  They very heavily advertise their online ordering service, and how they want to deliver pizzas to Red Sox fans to enjoy while watching games at home.  Too bad I can’t access their online ordering page.  Oh well, they lost my business tonight.

Maybe I’ll just sock away the money I didn’t spend on pizza tonight towards this little netbook.  I hope it will stay on sale for a while, at least until I get paid again and can afford to order it!

I’ve been through a lot lately, with Mike being in the hospital and all.  I deserve another new toy!

Such a great idea! Great way to get the social media buzz going at games! I wouldn’t go as far to bring my laptop to games but probably my iTouch. Ok maybe my laptop for tracking stats etc etc.
