…getting the same kick-assed seats for our Sunday Funday Fisher Cats mini-plan that we had last year! I just got off the phone with Dennis Meehan, the head ticket guy there, and he hooked me up. The mini-plans have not even officially gone on sale yet, But hey, I’m SPECIAL…LOL!
But my tickets are now all paid for and locked in, and I’ve added the dates of all of the games to the schedule in my left sidebar down there. As always, the Sunday Funday plan also includes Opening Night, which is NOT a Sunday. But it’s four days after my birthday, and therefore not only will Mike take off of work to attend, but we will also stay in a room facing the ballpark at the Hilton Garden Inn that is right next to the ballpark. I haven’t booked that yet, but there is still plenty of time.
In other news, the latest addition to the guest list at the Granite State Baseball Dinner is Red Sox pitcher Manny DelCarmen. This is getting to be a HUGE event, so many guys there that I need to buy some more blank baseballs on which to get all of those autographs. I don’t think they will all fit on the one I’ve got!
