I was recognized from Twitter!

Yesterday, when we went to the Fisher Cats game, the guy who was taking our tickets recognized me from Twitter!

He was Loren Foxx, the VP of Marketing, and the guy who writes most of the tweets for the team’s Twitter page.  As he was taking my ticket, he asked me if I was on Twitter.  I said, yeah.  He asked if I were Christine, yeah.  Of course, I made it easy for him to recognize me, because I was wearing the green Fisher Cats sweatshirt that I wore in my Twitter avatar (which is the same as the pic of me at the top of the sidebar).

I thought this was very cool!  Later, Loren Tweeted me to thank us for coming to the game, it was nice to meet us.

The Fisher Cats are truly a top-notch organization, they really care about the fans.  If you follow them on Twitter, they will follow back and even talk to you there.  I’ve just set up my phone so that I can get their Tweets even while at a game, so I can talk to them throughout.

I love these guys.  I need to get out my rubber stamps and make up a nice card for them, to let them know how much I appreciate all they do for us, the fans!
