Manny being…gone…
Yep, it is official…Manny is now a member of the LA Dodgers. Say hello to Nomar for me, woncha, Manny?
I am honestly not surprised. I think that I wasn’t the only one who was getting sick of all of the “Manny being Manny” stuff.
He was clearly unhappy in Boston.  If he were happy, he would have kept his trap shut and hoped that the Sox would have picked up his extension. And they might have, had he not gone public and made a Hugh Jass production over it all.
Oh, well, what can you do? I will miss Manny, and so will Big Papi, because this means that more intentional walks will come his way. I mean, who walks Papi to get to Manny? Maybe Tito could put Youk right after Papi now, to try to avoid this?
Oh…I have a taker for the Pride tickets, so no more emails, please!
