No Navs game today…
It was once again postponed, this time due to scheduling conflicts at the ballpark. Too bad…it’s such a beautiful day outside, and I was really looking forward to seeing the Navigators this afternoon.
Hopefully, we’ll have a chance to get out there at least one more time before their season ends.
Anyhoo, I still want to get out of the house. We can’t think of anything else to do, so we’ll just go out to the local TGI Friday’s and watch the Sox game on their TVs. We don’t have cable at home, so we can’t watch it here, anyway.
This particular Friday’s location is a good one. Not only is it not far from our house, but it has a HUGE bar area with at least a dozen TVs. I don’t know what, if any, other sporting events are going on today, but we know that they will have the Sox on at least half the TVs.
I would have much preferred to go to the game at Fraser today, but what can you do? I’m just glad that they put the info up on their website BEFORE we drove up there, and found out that there was no game!
