So baseball season is over…
At least for the Red Sox, that is. Oh, my, that was a heartbreaker, Papelbon screwed up big-time. But I’ll talk more about that later.
So now we have time to catch up on our DVD watching. And although I love sports, I also like chick-flicks, too.
Since we don’t have cable, I started watching Sex & the City on DVD via Netflix. I found myself enjoying this show so much, that I started buying the DVD sets, once season at a time. Now I have the entire series!
But I could have saved a lot of money if I had waited. I saw that Buy.com has Sex & the City – The Complete Series on sale. For way cheaper than what I paid to buy them season by season, and with a lot of extras that I don’t have. Oh, well!
So now that baseball is over, I’m going to re-watch the entire series again. Hopefully, that will help get me through until baseball starts up again in April!
And I can always re-watch the 2004 Red Sox World Series DVDs, as well, and re-live the glory days!
Wait ’til next year! Now, to just get through the long and boring off-season!
