Sorry I haven’t posted much lately, but it’s kind of hard to blog when you are in the hospital. I’ll just give the short version here: I thought I was having a heart attack and dying, and called 911 and went to the ER. No, I didn’t have a heart attack, in fact, my heart seems fine, at least that is that the tests said. My symptoms are more likely to be caused by the dreaded menopause. It’s been hitting me pretty badly.
The LONG version, should you care, is HERE. Remember, I’m menopausal and hot-flashing, and if you troll and leave assaholic comments, here or on ANY of my blogs, I will personally hunt you down and pull your intestines out through your throat. Got it?
It’s not helped me much that the Sox got their asses kicked by St. Louis not one, but TWO games in a row. I don’t want to talk about it.
Tomorrow, we’re supposed to go to the Fisher Cats game. They will be playing the Portland Sea Dogs, another fave team. If it doesn’t rain, that is. Well, according to weather.com, we’re looking at scattered thunderstorms in the PM, 50% chance of precipitation.
So, we’ll be going anyway, just in case they get to play. Our seats are under what little roof there is, so we’ll be okay in the event of a rain delay. Also, I nagged the hell out of the hospital people to release my ass ASAP, because, dammit, I have ball games to go to! They didn’t fix my problem, but at least I’m pretty sure there is nothing wrong with the old ticker.
Getting out of the house and to a ballpark will be a big help to me, I think!
