The Sox are off tonight…

…and that is prolly a good thing, being that they lost last night wicked bad. We don’t want poor Yaz to watch any more of this, and suffer more heart problems, now, do we? Hopefully, things will be better tomorrow when the team goes off to Toronto.

Speaking of the Toronto Blue Jays, we are going to one more of their Class AA affiliate team’s games…the New Hampshire Fisher Cats. I know I’ve already mentioned this. It will be the second to last home game of the season, and it’s also Clay Buchholz Bobblehead night. It takes place next Wednesday, August 27.

I’ve had an awesome time there this season, and I can’t wait to renew our mini-plan for next year. Apparently, I won’t have to wait too long. I contacted Dennis Meehan, the guy in charge of ticket sales, and he told me they hope to put the 2009 mini-plans on sale at the end of October. Well, I’ll be saving my money so that I will be ready to buy ASAP!

I’ve had fun taking pics with my cell phone and uploading them via Utterz. But maybe, for next year, I should get a better camera phone. Maybe I could look at unlocked cell phones, and see if I can find a bargain? What do you think?

Well, there’s time enough to figure that out.  For the rest of the minor league season, I will just Utter with the phone I’ve got, and that will have to do.

Next game…Sunday, in Worcester.  We’ve not been to that ballpark before, so this should be fun.  Will Utter from Fitton Field, and post afterwards about the ballpark!
